Today’s healing is on grief. Grief is one thing that all of us at some point in our lives will experience. It is a universal emotion, and all experience it differently…. and that is ok…..
Allow yourself to feel your loss…..a loss of a person, a pet…..bring this image to your mind…..
I call forth your Spirit, masters, guides and angels ... .to surround you at this time of loss …..may they comfort you and support you….now and always……Amen
Get comfortable seated or lying down…….
Allow your eyes to come closed….simply rest your attention on the breath……breathing in and breathing out….breathing in and breathing out….
Place your hands on your heart for another three breaths……PAUSE
Now that you have arrived at this place…..allow the image to surface…..
You may feel tears swell up…….let them fall down your cheeks…..
Your throat may feel heavy……..or tight……keep breathing…..
You may want to breathe in through the nose long and slow ... .and blow out your mouth to release…….
It's ok…..you are safe….safe to cry and feel what you feel……..
If your hands are still on your heart….let them fall to your sides……..
I want to gently remind you of your physical body…….as I quickly guide you through…..
As I say a body part……repeat it in your mind…….
Head…..
Throat….
Shoulders…….
Heart…….
Belly…….
Hips…….
Knees…..
Feet……..
One more time like that……..
Head…..
Throat….
Shoulders…….
Heart…….
Belly…….
Hips…….
Knees…..
Feet……..
Good…….very good…….PAUSE
Now focus your attention on your heart……the center of your chest……
I know this is difficult……..keep breathing……..in and out…..in and out…….
That heaviness in the chest is all the love and loss you feel……..
Take this moment to honor this moment……although it is difficult….
It is a natural emotion…….let it ebb and flow……….ebb and flow…
In this present moment….although you may feel alone……know you are not…..you are not alone……..you are loved and cared for……….
Make room for these difficult emotions………..PAUSE
You may feel many emotions…..complicated ones of guilt, anger, forgiveness or numbness…….please know it all is ok……PAUSE
The five stages of grief and loss are…..denial and isolation, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance……..PAUSE
These are not linear……they can appear random without any time limit……
Now……..allow me to send you healing energy……healing to your heart…..i know your heart is hurting……PAUSE
I will call forth Archangel Michael forward………
Feel him now……..PAUSE
Begin to feel warmth around your shoulders and body…….
Like a blanket or shawl………Arch Angel Michael surrounds you with his majestic wings of comfort…….
Bury your head in his arms…….its ok to weep…….its ok to be sad……
He is here to comfort you……….
Feel yourself breathing……….in and out in and out…..as he heals you…..
Let any memories of your loved one in….. and any emotions to arise…….
Like waves……in and out….ebb and flow……they come and go……come and go…..
I will leave you here for this healing……..until you hear my voice again….LONG PAUSE
Gently ... .slowly return…... return to your awareness……the room you're in and deepen your breath……PAUSE
Invite tiny movements of your fingers and toes…….
Take another cleansing breath…..
The waves of grief may come and go………
Remember you are ok…..you are loved……..PAUSE
