I recently had a coaching call with one of my done-for-you clients about her conversion rates. She was converting about 3% of her leads from her webinar over to Fitting Calls. And for her price point of her program, getting a 4-5% conversion rate is pretty standard.
But after some close inspection of the numbers and a deep dive into the moving part of her webinar and lead generation efforts, we decided she shouldn't focus on increasing her conversion rate. Instead she should focus on something else.
