Welcome to The Positive Mindset Podcast. I'm Henry, and in this episode, I want to help you become someone who can handle any situation with a positive mindset. No matter how difficult or negative things may seem, you can push forward and stay in a positive light.

As a mindset coach, I've worked with many individuals, and while the framework of my program remains the same, not everyone makes the shift to their higher selves. The reason is that it ultimately comes down to a choice, and that choice is different for everyone. Some people find it easy to think and act as if they were their higher selves, while others have faced deep trauma and pain that makes it challenging.

However, the truth remains the same: you choose who you want to be every day. It doesn't matter what books you read, what coaches you work with, or what influences you have in your life. You still have to choose to be your higher self. It may feel like a lonely journey at times, as not everyone will understand or support your transformation. But remember, it's not about seeking external validation; it's about becoming the best version of yourself.

Building your higher self starts with envisioning your future self and creating the perfect day in that future version of you. Align your thoughts with empowering "I Am" statements that reflect the mindset of your higher self. While actions and thoughts are essential, the belief that stems from consistently choosing to be your higher self shapes your reality.

Making these positive choices may not always yield immediate results or external validation, and that's okay. The delay is a gift because it allows you to grow, change your perspective, and separate yourself from negative energies. Act and think in alignment with your higher self, even when circumstances are challenging, and you'll see the transformation within yourself over time.

Embrace the power of choice and understand that it's up to you to become the positive version of yourself, no matter the circumstances.
