Chief Hope Officer AKA - Julia Jones

Julia "Chief Hope Officer" Jones is an absolute straight-shooter. Your host, Oli Le Lievre, was fortunate enough to meet Julia earlier in 2023. They have become friends and he fondly calls her JJ.

And you will not work in a more rewarding, cool, fun, insane, frustrating, mental, progressive, fast-paced environment than agriculture. So there's no way you can't find something you'd want to do in ag."
