What we reference by enneagram type.

Each enneagram type has a place of focus. What they are paying attention to. There are those who are self-referencing - meaning they are focusing on their needs, wants and desires and organizing to make those happen. Then there are others-referencing - those focused on the needs, wants and priorities of other people. Then there are those that are navigating both - bouncing back and forth between what they want and what others want and how to make them work together.
