So...you're in a funk. Things aren't going as planned and the temptation to complain is higher than ever. Without judging yourself for being in a lower vibrational state than you'd like, let's get curious about it! Negativity spirals are easy to fall into, especially when we're living in a hypervigilant state. In this week's episode I dive into new coping mechanisms we can lean on to re-regulate ourselves such as thought redirection, vagus nerve stimulation, and open communication with trusted loved ones to find new perspectives. A funk is just that - funky, uncomfortable, annoying - but in the words of Jinx Monsoon - it's just water off a duck's back! We can redirect our energy back to the higher vibration we deserve to thrive in.
