Ynon Kreiz, Chairman and CEO of Mattel Inc. and TAU’s Coller graduate, shares his experience and insights in front of a full house of students, faculty and business leaders in Tel Aviv. The conference was held as part of Eli Hurvitz Institute of Strategic Management’s events at Coller School of Management. Mattel is present in 35 countries and its products are sold in more than 150 countries. It is the world's second largest toy maker in terms of revenue, after The Lego Group. Two of its historic and most valuable brands, Barbie and Hot Wheels, are widely recognized as top global toy property, with Brand Barbie becoming a film franchise. Kreiz, whose career in entertainment and children spans over three decades, discusses leadership, diversity & inclusion and highlights from his own personal journey.
