In this episode of the Million Dollar Mastermind podcast, Host Larry Weidel is joined by Vash Tomanec, Co-Founder of Mindtrepreneur. They discuss how one of Vash’s employees became the best salesman he’s ever worked with; why you should fall in love with your work; and what it was like the first time he spoke to a crowd of 5000 people.
Key highlights include:
- Some people aren’t meant to run their own business, but that’s not a bad thing. One of Vash’s best employees is his Head of Sales who, after struggling to run his own business, was offered a job by Vash as a salesperson. His skillset suited this role perfectly and he was able to grow the business to seismic proportions. Sometimes, you just need that one person to see your potential and set you on the right path.
- Like all entrepreneurs, one of the main motivators for Vash, when he started out, was money. But as time went on and his business grew, that hole had been filled and he found himself motivated by other factors. He fell in love with coaching and now, just doing his work is his motivation.
- Vash’s career has mainly been online, and when he was invited to talk on stage, it wasn’t necessarily super different to what he expected. There was a nervous excitement bubbling within him no doubt, but when he finally did it, he did a great job. If you practice and believe in yourself, you will no doubt succeed.
