This morning we discuss a fascinating essay by Sivan Rahav Meir that pinpoints three messages we should take forward from Tisha B'Av by analyzing the most frequent word families in the Book of Eichah (Lamentations). And we include a deep and surprising insight to the last two verses from Rabbi Mordechai Willig. Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law. ADATH is a modern orthodox synagogue community in suburban Montreal, providing Judaism for the next generation.
