Our trauma responses can come out at any time and can be very toxic to our relationships. There is a way to turn our responses into more healthy ones and we will get into some of that today.
It’s important to recognize our own triggers and responses to trauma because it will help us start our healing journey that much faster. Now, you can have all of these responses not just one so it’s important to note that as well. I hope this episode helps you mama!
