Dean Corll had a very normal upbringing for someone who turned into quite a psychopath. His mother owned a candy store that he worked at where he befriended a young boy, David.
Later, after the candy company closed, he enlisted the young boy to help lure other young boys to his many rented living spaces where he raped and murdered them.
They then enlisted the help of ANOTHER boy Ernest, who helped torture and murder countless other victims.
It all culminated when Dean tried to murder Ernest and 2 of his friends, leading Ernest to shoot Dean to death.
In total, Dean had murdered at least 26 boys between 1970 to 1973.
