Will Luke Skywalker Be WEAK in The Last Jedi? (ANSWERED) - Star Wars Explained

In Star Wars The Last Jedi we've gotten lots of worry about Luke Skywalker being weak, and, well....lame...

Well, we now have a quote by the director Rian Johnson in an interview that describes briefly what Luke will be like in this film in terms of his mental clarity...however...does this mean he's just being careful with his words? Will we see a full power Luke Skywalker against Kylo Ren and the Knights of Ren? What about Snoke? Is he not as powerful as the new possible ruler of the galaxy? I really want to see Luke swing his green lightsaber around with speed, killing the enemy with the same violence Darth Vader did in Rogue One a Star Wars Story.
