La Palma: Rebuilding after a volcano

In September 2021, a volcano erupted on the Spanish Canary Island. It lasted nearly three months. Red hot lava spilled out and destroyed homes, businesses and everything in its path before reaching the sea 10 days later. It split the island in half. Eighteen months on, we travel back to La Palma to see how the islanders are rebuilding their livelihoods and infrastructure. Presented and produced by Ashish Sharma.
