Beyond good. Beyond evil. Beyond your wildest imagination. Co-produced and directed by Nelson Shin, The Transformers: The Movie is the animated science fiction action film based in the Transformers television series. Luke and Nathan transform and roll out back to 1986 to the movie that might exist for the sole purpose of selling a new line of toys. Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen) and the Autobots are hunted across the galaxy by Unicron (Orson Welles), a planet-sized Transformer intending to consume Cybertron and who transfigures Megatron (Frank Welker) to become the enslaved Galvatron (Leonard Nemoy).
