This morning we discuss the balance of individual choice with community consistency, and the crucial and unexpected source for when to relinquish one's own stance for the harmony of the group, based on a verse in our Parsha, Re'eh. We add an insight from Rabbi Yaakov Neuberger on why this lesson is needed right now, and my connection of this to the current summer wedding season. Mazal Tov to all marrying couples, and Shalom Al Yisroel - peace among Jews!
