This morning we discuss the financial aspect of Shmita (the Sabbatical Year), the release of loans. The outlook on life which this Mitzvah in our Parsha of Re'eh presupposes, is fundamental to the system of Jewish values, and is relevant at all times. We demonstrate this with a marvelous story from Rabbi Berel Wein.
