The scale impacts people negatively at times and is sometimes used to over validate our results I have found.
It’s not something that should make or break how you feel.
There’s no magic number that increases your confidence and self esteem.
In fact, over time you may find that the scale goes up but you have a better body composition (leaner, more muscle).
In this episode, I share my top tips for shaking your negative relationship with the scale. I also explain how to use the scale as a tool to effectively measure your progress.
