Miami Lands Verbal Commitment From OT Kavion Broussard, Next Recruiting Steps, FALL CAMP UPDATES
The Miami Hurricanes have landed a verbal commitment from 3-Star offensive tackle Kavion Broussard. The Zachary, Louisiana standout chose The U over FSU, TCU, Mizzou, Georgia Tech and others. He becomes the 21st commitment in Miami’s Class of 2024. Host Alex Donno breaks down Broussard and discusses how much more weight he can add on his 6-6 frame. Expect Broussard to tip the scales around 320 at some point.
Donno answers questions from listeners about who might be next in recruiting. There has been some smoke for Miami potentially landing 4-Star DB Zay Mincey. The Hurricanes will keep pushing for 5-Star defensive tackles David Stone and Kamarion Franklin. Both have announcements set for later this month. Donno explains the level of Miami’s team in practice and how much improvement he expects this year. Will the 2023 freshman class play a major role this season?
