+ Number of properties Sold (Gross Sales): 20,614. The 2023 running weekly average is 22,170.
+ Average asking price of those properties that Sold STC this week: £351,324. The 2023 running weekly average is £358,928.
+ Sale fall throughs: 5,856. The 2023 running weekly average is 5,378.
