A Meditation to See God

I turned the lights out so you could see. 

It's dark right now.

Not as a punisiemt but as a gift, 

so you won't be distracted by what doesn't matter. 

The world feels unbearlby crushing,  

so you can turn to what is Light, 

what's right Here behind you.

I am in front of you too, but you can't see Me for all of your made up problems. 

So what's easiest at first is to close those eyes,

and look back,

look within,

and stay within, 

until you feel Me. 

When you came into this appearance,

you felt Me first. 

You felt real Joy first. 

R E M E M B E R. 

That's the only 'thing' that you desire,

that's all you're looking for. 

My Light. 

That first Light you saw when you came here, 

the Light before the light. 

The Sound before the sounds.
