This week on Comes A Time Mike and Oteil are joined by Jamie Parganos to discuss a clear definition of “mindfulness,” the importance of finding ways to stay creative, and her company Creative Muse Inc., which provides comprehensive programming and mentorship to youth and adults with an emphasis on creativity and mindfulness as 21st century skills. They also discuss reinforcing mindfulness tactics in children in order to develop positive habits, discovering breakthroughs through taking breaks, and how we need to change our approach to education as the world evolves.
