Armed Gardai, Solas Project, and the Scooter Braun of it all...
This week Aoife Moore and I discuss the week's news, including the announcement that armed gardai are going to be deployed onto the streets of Dublin, and the horror of the Lucy Letby case (it's from 7:15 to around 12:39 if you'd prefer to avoid it, which I totally understand).
Our interview this week is Ashling Golden of Solas Project who work to deliver a rounded intervention for all young people who are at risk and on the margins of society, from the age of 5 to 26. We discuss their work and what it is that can lead a young person to anti-social behaviour and crime.
Finally, Cassie Delaney and I get down to brass tacks about what is going on with Scooter Braun, why we wish celebrities would stop talking about what they eat, and say goodbye to Michael Parkinson.
