I never thought in a million years that I would be making an episode on Life After MLM about sex, but when Pastor Rob reached out to me to agree with my takes on the dangers of Purity Culture and how he can use the bible to prove it, I jumped at the chance. I mean sex is the only reason any of us are here, and to demonize it and twist scripture to fit this odd narrative to control women for the sake of men's needs seems culty and gross. This episode is for anyone who was ever shamed just for being human and having sexual wants and desires outside of what "society" deemed appropriate.
