EP 280 | Learning How To Be Kind To Yourself By Cultivating a Mindfulness Practice | Erin O'Connor
Cultivating a practice of mindfulness was something that Erin was searching for to help her find the peace within herself. She didn't know when she started her practice how it would change her life when she suddenly and tragically lost her husband Billy. Erin learned to lean into her grief during one of the most painful experiences of her life.

Erin has 21 years of teaching experience at the kindergarten and first-grade levels.
