203: Shelley Dennis : from modeling to stand-up comedy to screenwriting

Writer Shelley Dennis was born into a family of Choctaw storytellers in small-town Oklahoma. She’s toured alongside Wayne Brady doing standup and improv. In 2020 she was one of four selected for the Native American Showrunner program. She worked on the Netflix show, SPIRIT RANGERS, and just completed her second season as a Story Editor on ABC’s @theconnersabc!!
