Chicago Bears shut down Tevin Jenkins short-term, upgrade return game with Trent Taylor

The Chicago Bears made a series of roster moves after they set their initial 53-man roster. Teven Jenkins moving on short-term injured reserve freed up a roster spot for new kick returner Trent Taylor.

Taylor's arrival puts Velus Jones role in question, but the former third-round pick remains under contract. Ryan Poles also added a young DE and a young safety off of waivers and replaced two players at the same position. Khalid Kareem and Quindell Johnson both offer intriguing upside.
