School nights feeling like a struggle? 8 benefits of family dinner & what's so magical about it!
Mama, back to school is in full gear and I don't know about you, but most of us Mamas are hitting the struggle bus! Dinnertime is rough most days - especially on those busy school nights! However, there's light at the end of the tunnel Mama! Dinnertime doesn't have to be a fiasco every night! We as Mamas can be a huge influence for the positive in our homes and families by the way we choose to view and design family dinner each night. So pull up a dining chair at my kitchen table and let's get into the art of family dinnertime as Wives, Moms and Homemakers. Grab a paper and pen, get ready to take some notes, and let's dive right in!
Happy Listening Friend!
XO, Kim
