Have you ever tried not eating the chocolate in the fridge (Yes chocolate goes in the fridge) or waking up an hour earlier to go to the gym. It's great right!!! Until you have to repeat the process of not eating the extra treat and not staying in bed cozy under the covers EVERY SINGLE DAY! But why did you put yourself in this situation? You have a goal, right?!? But do you have the will power? For many people, learning how to increase willpower is perceived as the holy grail of success and personal growth. The logic seems straightforward: If you could only understand how to build willpower, you’d be able to overcome your impulses, master your emotions and make rational decisions that further your goals.
