This episode is a short guided meditation you can come to whenever you'd like to create a sense of peace within yourself. Simple and to the point, this meditation is intended to help you ground back into your body, calm your mind, and curate within yourself a deep sense of peace, away from all of the noise of the outside world.
Meditation is a powerful practice but it isn't always easy to do on your own, so I wanted to offer at least one guided meditation every month to help you. Use this day or night, as often as you need.
