Hi everyone! I've written and recorded this specific Deep Sleep Hypnosis audio to help those who are wanting to change their relationship with alcohol. It's for those who are looking for further support than just solely willpower, in order to create a future path of alcohol moderation. The aim of this recording is to help encourage and motivate at a subconscious level, which in turn will help to change long-term behaviours, habits and emotions that lead to overdrinking.
