Cathi Hargaden is an internationally acclaimed expert in the ancient art of Feng Shui. She discusses the influence of geometry, movement, environment, space, sounds and colors on your experience of life. Feng Shui is much more than the art of working with your external environment. During this episode Cathi takes you inside rooms within yourself through a meditation process. You will unlock hidden treasures and potential for you to have a direct experience of your inner beauty. What you will learn will bring you towards a state of greater happiness and a sense of feeling good. Cathi offers you techniques to get started with meditation as well as slowing down. This leads her to sharing the key to your inner home through a powerful guided meditation. Find your favorite corner of your home. Surround yourself by pleasant textures. You can add a candle although you don’t need extra tools. Then take a deep breath in, hold it, and as you breath out bring your attention down from your head to your face, throat all the way down the bottom through the feet. Another technique is breathing in for 4, holding for 4 and then letting go slowly to a count of 6, 7 and 8. Repeat this a few times which will start to change your thoughts. You can also take a deep breath in, hold and then when you breath out say ‘slow down now’. Then ask yourself, what would happen if you doubled the slowing down or double the stillness? Cathi concludes with instructions on how to open the door to your inner world. The meditation is spontaneous with a surprising level of depth. This is a must listen to discover the amazing wealth contained within yourself. Listen to the interview to unlock hidden jewels and have a greater understanding of you inner and outer environment.
