Tim Brown is a former NFL wide receiver / punt returner who played for the Los Angeles / Oakland Raiders. He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, where he won the Heisman Trophy, becoming the first wide receiver to do so.
In 2015, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Brown currently serves as the league chairman and commissioner of The Arena League, an upcoming football league set to begin play in 2024.
