I use to often find myself with very low energy, especially after a busy day out shooting weddings and would sometimes struggle to stay awake behind the wheel of the car on my drives home. After speaking with Nicola, she got me thinking about how I eat, why I should be eating certain foods and how many meals & snacks I should take each day.
