Philly's Top Cop Is Resigning

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw, the first Black woman to serve in this high-profile position, is leaving her post at the end of the month. Outlaw led the department through the pandemic, massive protests about policing, and a spike in gun violence.
