The Hard Truth of How to Rid (or at Least Reduce) Regret in Our Lives w/ Kaneshi Hart

We make decisions to act, and regret it later. We make decisions not to act, and regret it later. Regret looms around us way too often and I bet you, like me, wishes it would not show up so frequently in our lives.

• We regret that extra dinner helping we had that we didn't need when our pants seem a bit snugger the next morning.
• We regret not making those follow up calls because we were scared of hearing no.
• We regret watching those mundane tv shows the night before when we're confronted with the same mound of emails we have to answer the next morning

All too often we make decisions in the moment that do not serve us well in the future, and yet we keep doing that. Day after day. Why? And how do we stop?

I talk about how I see regret and experience its impact in my life and business in this episode of the Coach UP podcast. I also share my thoughts on how we can actually reduce the regret we have in our lives and begin to make more decisions that bring us joy and hope instead.
