Discovering who you are is really all about leaving behind perceived expectations, limitations and conditioning. In this episode, I chat with the incredible human that is Dr. Megan Daley. Megan shares her own experience of loss and how it impacted her in a very profound way.

Dr. Megan Daley is a seasoned physical therapist, weightlifter, and freedom catalyst who is committed to helping others move from frustrated to fulfilled, operating more fully in their zone of strength. She is the author of "Rediscovering Your Best Self Journal" featuring pivotal emotional and mindset exercises, and is the host of the podcast Human On The Daley (Spotify + Apple).
In addition to her own offerings, Daley is an instructor in a doctoral program and a continuting education company. She is a 'free bird' who loves solo travel, food, adventures in the outdoors, her fiance, and her corgi.
