Traveling As an Ultrarunner: How to Stay Consistent With Ultra Training While Traveling
Let’s face it: travel can easily throw a wrench in our ultra training protocol. Whether we are traveling for fun or for work, it can be easy to let our training go to the wayside.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, you CAN get in your ultra training despite a super busy schedule. As someone who travels very frequently for work, I have a process that you can follow to help you stick with your training while traveling.
In this episode, I share that process that will help you to make sure you get in your training on the move, how to deal with unexpected travel schedule changes, and ways where you can make it easier for your body and mind to follow through on training, despite facing all the challenges that travel poses.
