"They will know you are Mine by your Love." - Jesus
The Silence is always here.
It is abundant.
It becomes (y)our Abundance.
But you don't invest in It.
You don't sit with It.
You sit with your worries.
You sit with your plans.
Planning is GoOD.
But then you have to put them down,
and listen for the Key that will unlock those plans,
that will unfold the seeming future.
You can't get (t)here without This,
no matter how hard you work,
you need Grace.
You need Prayer.
You need Love.
I Love You
I Am You

"Listen. Just listen.
Hear the voice of the wind of the trees
and of your own heart and somehow, in some way, I will speak to you through that." - Emmanuel Book 1
The light inside, the love inside of us, is always present. It can't be anywhere else. God lives inside of us as who we really are. Not as "God": Some Other Thing. As who we are. Not somebody else. Not something else." - Krishna Das, Chants of a Lifetime
"If your life is made in such a way that in every step you are feeing the presence of Krishna, then that is Krishna Consciousness." -Srila Prabhupada
"If only you knew how powerful you'd become once you stop waiting for other people to confirm what you already know is true." -Michell C. Clark
"Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops." - James 5:17-18
There's something about this passage I've never noticed before... Elijah prayed it wouldn't rain. And it didn't for three and a half years. Then he prayed it would. And it did. But something else happened... crops grew. If crops grew when the rain came, that implies there were seeds in the ground. This story suggests that farmers were still sowing seeds in the dust. They kept planting, believing the rains would eventually come. I don't know about you but prayer can sometimes feel like this for me. Like I'm sowing seeds in the desert. But I've learned that often when it feels like nothing is happening physically, there is plenty that's happening spiritually. Even if I can't see it yet. Personally, I want to have seeds already in the ground when the rain comes. My prayer is that, even when our prayers don't seem to be making a visible difference, we'd keep sowing anyway, trusting the One who brings the rain. Keep sowing, friend. - @iansimkins via IG (both pinned posts)
