Washington Post live: 'This is climate: Women leading the Charge'
Samantha Power (pictured) is the 19th Administrator of USAID and was the first of several speakers on a webinar organized by the Washington Post. USAID is said to be the world’s premier international development agency and its global staff of more than 10,000 people focuses on helping the United States respond to four interconnected challenges: the COVID-19 pandemic and the development gains it has imperilled; climate change; conflict and humanitarian crises; and democratic backsliding.
The webinar was entitled "This is Climate: Women Leading the Charge".
