The Future Belongs to the Small Church

1. Millennials and Gen Z and they don’t value the “big” church experience like older generations did.
2. The overhead cost of large campuses is becoming a bigger issue.
3. The increasing use and availability of technology means smaller churches can function very well and maintain a high degree of excellence.
4. There will be an increasing value on serving/relationships/community.
5. More pastors have gifts better suited to lead a small churches than a larger ones.
