Hello. This is Pat Willie, the founder, and CEO of the not-for-profit ministry, The Gathering. When women gather, when women worship. Thanks for joining us for this podcast, the two-minute prayer. I believe that prayer is essential. It is life-giving and life-sustaining, and it only takes just a minute to pray.

 

Father God, in the name of Jesus, we give you glory. We give you honor. We give you praise. I worship your name, O God, for your name is holy. You're divine. You are our Lord, our Savior. You are the one we worship. You're the one we praise.

 

We say hallelujah. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Thank you for all of your many blessings. Thank you, have you all smiled on our lives? Thank you, God, that you have given us peace and comfort in such terrible, turbulent times. And we honor you for that. We thank you, God, in the name of Jesus, that you have given us power.

 

and authority over the enemy. For your word says, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing by any means shall hurt us. So, God, we take authority, glory be to God, over the things that are going on in our lives, and we decree and declare that your hand that's on our lives is greater than any problem.

 

It's greater than any circumstance, and you are the God that's delivering us out of every problem. You're the God that's making a way out of no way. You are the God that making our path straight. In Jesus name, we trust you with every area of our lives, and we take authority over every negative thought over every negative emotion, over every negative influence. And we cast it down and we render it useless in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. For you said, whom the son set free is free indeed. We embrace your freedom. In Jesus name. We give you glory. We give you praise for it. In Jesus name, Amen.
