When you decide that you are going to take your life back, that you are going to prioritize YOUR well being over all other things…When you decide you are ready to let GO of old limiting beliefs, rewire doubts, take the charge away from your fears…Your NEW beliefs are vulnerable. They need constant protection. So you’ve GOT to be mindful and discerning about what you are taking IN and what you are putting out.
