In the African country of Ethiopia, lives a tribe called the Kara. Due to long held tribal beliefs, some babies are said to carry a curse which may affect the prosperity of the tribe. Sickness, drought and hunger may befall the tribe, caused by these so called cursed babies. And the only way to protect the tribe is to kill these babies after birth. This is the story of the Mingi Curse.
