Lianna Swan...THE head PT & Community Manager for the UK's Number 1 Female Fitness Transformation App! But her story starts all the way back in Dubai, where she started taking part in competitive swimming and went on to swim for Pakistan in both the Commonwealth and Olympic Games. She hung up her goggles, and started her life in Edinburgh as a self employed personal trainer...Lianna felt ON TOP of the world.

However when the pandemic hit, Lianna found herself in pieces...she lost her clients, her sole income and her livelihood. She needed to ACT fast! After a lengthy job search, she landed up an opportunity at Shreddy! And the funny thing is; she didn't believe she could even get the job.

Well, 3 years later...she is still the head PT and community manager of an app that serves hundreds & thousands of women all over the world to better their fitness and health.
