Jeremy LaLonde lost half his body weight eating whatever he wants! He is an award-winning Canadian filmmaker whose work has travelled the globe, but what he's most proud of is going WFPB and losing half his body weight and setting his health in the right direction for the first time in his life.
Having lost 160 pounds Jeremy lost the weight through a lot of struggle, trial and error, but ultimately through eating whole food plant-based and striking his own path. Since then he's been featured in Forks Over Knives and has his own Bell Fibe television series showing off his recipes and visits to plant-based businesses in Canada. Since then he's launched his own website and YouTube Channel under the moniker PB with J (Plant-Based with Jeremy). Combining his love of cooking, healthy, and filmmaking Jeremy is excited about this next chapter in his life as he hopes to inspire others to do what he did and take their health into their own delicious hands.
