Tough cuts to the Capitals roster today. Caps over the Jackets with help from some young Caps looking to crack the roster

In this edition of Locked on Capitals Dan talks about the cuts to the Capitals roster today. The most surprising was Aube-Kubel who the Caps signed to a one year deal in March. Their hope is that he can get assigned to Hershey. Other notable players waived: Limoges, Sgarbossa, Snively, MccIlrath and Shepard on waivers for purpose of loan to Hershey. Later Dan talks about the Capitals victory over the Blue Jackets which was won in large part to the Capitals younger players.
