Atom Bergstrom – Shattering Health Myths, Eating On Time And Much More!

Atom Bergstrom joined us on this particular show. It had been a while since Atom was on! We always enjoy Atom Bergstrom and his work.

If you’re not familiar with Atom he’s quite the contrarion in the natural health community. He challenges most ideas and alternative healing philosphies.

For example, he’s one of the few people that say there’s no actual cell membrane or that DHA is unhealthy for you or that when you eat is more important than what you eat.

Atom is always researching and it’s really great to share his perspectives on our show because most of what he says goes completely opposite what everybody else on our show is saying with regards to diet, nutrition and health.

We don’t feature people so that you will become their follower and they will be your guru. We feature them on our show merely to bring perspective. Remember the guests on our show are just people too.

Only you can know what’s really going on with your body!

You alone should be your own guru and health scientist.

With that said, perhaps some of the ideas and philosphies Atom shares can help take you down a healing path you never knew existed. When you go down that path, you find healing. And this is why we do what we do.

With over 50 years experience in health and nutrition, Atom has been counseling people with various diseases and ailments since the 70’s. His expertise is on nutrition, chronobiology, reflexology, slit-lamp iridology, meditation, Sufi, and I Ching and other holistic modalities. He graduated from Adano Ley’s Texas Institute of Reflex Sciences in 1979.
