为什么现在我们更想要一种“内核稳定”的状态,而越来越不愿意接受心理与生活的波动?社交媒体对于生活方式的左右,是否也放大了这种焦虑?执着于追求“内核稳定”本身,是否也会带来负面影响?我们应该追求情绪的稳定,还是说容许自己有不稳定的状态,接受自己“发疯”,但内心与自己达成自洽,是一种更好的方式?更重要的是,当我们不可避免地出现一些情绪问题的时候,该如何排解乃至求助?
