Not a heavy depression where I don’t want to leave my bed but we have to remember that depression manifests itself in so many different ways. 

 

There are symptoms that we would never think to associate with depression. In this episode I go over what some of these symptoms can be, and let me be honest - after I read these symptoms, I was shocked! I learned there is such a thing called - HIDDEN DEPRESSION! During this episode I dive into what Hidden Depression looks like, because I can promise you - we have been hoodwinked when it comes to our perception of depression.
