Deshaun Watson told reporters he was going to play against Baltimore.
On Sunday morning, just hours before the game, the Cleveland Browns ruled out Deshaun Watson and named DTR the starting QB.
The following Monday, Kevin Stefanski said it was Watson's decision to sit despite being medically cleared.
Then on Wednesday, GM Andrew Berry said it was an organizational decision to sit DW4, not just Watson's. Berry also said Watson would be ready to go against the San Francisco 49ers.
Fast forward to today and Watson still hasn't practiced this week and we're 3 days away from game day.
